Seminary Extension
Seminary Extension is not a new idea. The program has been around the Convention since 1951. What is new this year is the location. Buckhead Ridge Ministry Training Group is beginning in the next few weeks. You are invited to participate with Seminary Extension through this training group.
Seminary Extension is for you if you want a deeper spiritual walk and feel that studying the Scriptures and the church's various ministries can help you grow. Maybe you do not have the time or the money to go to College or Seminary, but you want more than you can get on your own. Each course has a fee that is a small fraction of what you might pay for an online university course. It may be that the credits you earn while taking courses might transfer to a College if you choose to pursue ministerial training.
Buckhead Ridge Ministry Training Group offers Certificates in:
Bivocational Ministry Studies
Lay Ministry Training
Women's Ministry
Also, there are Diploma Programs offered for:
Biblical Studies
Educational Ministries
Ministries/Pastoral Education
Theological Foundation
You may also choose not to pursue a Certificate or a Diploma. You may take any of the classes offered as individual courses. You have a desire to grow, and now you have more options from which to choose.
